The GS music was a japanese rock genre which introduced the japanese pop in a modern era. This movement was directly inspired by the US Rock, British Pop and the Rhythm&Blues. The GS known a great success in the mid-sixties, in particular thanks to the pianist, arranger & songwritter, Kunihiko Suzuki who composed several hits of japanese pop featuring Jun Mayuzumi, Sayuri Yoshinaga or Mika Nohira.
