The great first solo album by one of most important japanese bass player (with Isao Suzuki) featuring the great inspirations of Kohsuke MineTakehiro Honda & special guest Hideo Miyata. Before to moving to New York in 1973, Yoshio was the bass chair for Sadao Watanabe and in the Masabumi Kikuchi groups, played with Yoshiaki Masuo (24 & Winds Of Barcelona), Kimiko Kasai (What's New & Satin Doll) and was sideman for pianist Takehiro Honda from 1969 to 1973. In US, he worked for Stan Getz as his regular bassist, for Art Blakey and his Jazz MessengersSonny Rollins, Lee Konitz, and Chet Baker. Furthermore, during 1999 to 2001, he was a member of the Yuji Ohno Trio for the Lupin The 3rd JAZZ serie on Lupin The Third Jazz, The 2nd The 3rd (Funky & Pop). Titles include only compositions of Yoshio Suzuki.
