From Takt Jazz Series, a top jazz combo around fantastic japanese drummer Takeshi Inomata. The West Liners playing standards and classics (Summertime, Herbie Hancock' cantaloupe Island) from Latin Jazz (Afro-Blue), Bossa Nova (Meditation) and Samba to Hard Bop Jazz. The line-up is formed by Tatsuro Takimoto (bass), Masaru Imada (piano), Sadanori Nakamure (guitar), Shigeo Suzuki (alto saxophone), Ichiro Mimori (tenor saxophone), Tetsuo Fushimi (trumpet). Takeshi Inomata shows us his great talent on a samba jazz interpretation of La Grita.
